Thanks for the feedback. And great question! It really depends on the portfolio size and types of holdings. Generally speaking 5-10 ETFs should be enough for a portfolio under $200-300,000. And remember ETFs are a basket of stocks, so you they offer diversification built-in. For larger portfolios 50-60 stocks is more than enough. Again, a combination of ETFs (handful) and individual shares can achieve the same goal. Hope that helps!
